RETURNS

If you would like to return an ordered item, please follow these guidelines:

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Of course, reduced goods can also be returned.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The original tag must not be cut off.
• We do not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
• Complaints about damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

To make the return process as easy as possible, please use our returns portal. Please use only the shipping labels we provide there.

Please ensure that the items are well-packaged and all tags remain intact so that we can process your return quickly and smoothly. Should you require an additional or new return label, please contact our customer service.

Returns within Germany are for you for free.

For return shipping from the European countries Please also use the returns portal. Your return is free of charge here as well.

In exceptional cases it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return.

Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to be refunded to your original payment method.
