PLACING AN ORDER
HOW DO I ORDER FROM THE ONLINE STORE?
- Select a category (women, men) and an item of clothing from the collection.
- Take a look at the styles that you like best. The various different product views will give you the best impression. On the page giving the details you will also find some product characteristics, such as the material, shades of colour, the available sizes and the price.
- Choose your item of clothing in your size and place it in your shopping cart. You can then either continue shopping or complete your order.
- In order to complete your order, you can register with us, or alternatively order as a guest.
- Lastly, enter your desired delivery address, and select your method of payment.
- Finally, submit your order, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes.

CAN I ALSO ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Placing an order by telephone is unfortunately not possible.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail. In that way you can be sure that your order has actually reached us.
CAN I ADD ANY FURTHER ITEMS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Once the ordering process has been completed, it is not possible to add any more items. If you wish to order more items, however, please contact our customer service center by e-mail, so that we can cancel your order. You can then place a new order which includes the desired items.
HOW DO I DETERMINE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Why not avail yourself of our sizing table? You will find all the relevant information in it, to determine your size.
WHERE CAN I FIND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
You will find individual care instructions directly on the respective item page at khujo.com, or on the care label attached to the item.
WHERE CAN I SEE THE ORDER I PLACED?
You can see all the orders you have placed by logging into your user account, under the heading “My account”. You can trace in this overview, at any time, what processing stage your order has reached.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Simply use our notification feature on the respective item page. Provide your e-mail address for the style that you are interested in. Once the item is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN FULFILLED?
As we despatch every order as quickly as possible, we can no longer cancel any orders already fulfilled. We would ask you to send the consignment back, using the attached return label, once you have received it.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
You have the option of choosing between different methods of payment. These include payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal and Sofortüberweisung (National Instant Bank Transfer). Your credit card data is not saved by us, and therefore needs to be re-entered each time you order again. This serves the purpose of security.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship the goods via our delivery service, Hermes. The delivery time is 2-4 working days from the time that you place your order.
WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR TRACKING MY CONSIGNMENT?
As soon as we have despatched your goods and handed them over to Hermes, you will receive an e-mail from Hermes with the corresponding tracking number, so that you can track the shipping status. You then have the option of tracking the shipping status after an hour or two, giving the tracking number.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
During the ordering process, fill in the field “Ship to a different address” under the respective menu item, where you can specify a different delivery address.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Should you wish to return an item ordered, you have the option to do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. A return slip is enclosed with the goods in your delivery. Please fill it in and place it in the parcel. Affix the Hermes label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible, and hand the parcel over at the Hermes shop. Please finally note that all items returned need to be unworn, unwashed and in an impeccable condition. Labels may not be removed. The goods must be returned to khujo.com as a single consignment. Reduced goods may also be returned. Please note that it is only possible to accept returns where all the terms and conditions specified have been met. You can find further information on the right of revocation in our T&Cs.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns Germany: for free
Returns EU: we are sorry that we cannot offer a free returns service. You must pay for the immediate costs of the return shipment.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID?
Refunds are processed within 14 days, and are always made using the same method of payment that was originally used to pay for the goods that you bought from us.
If you paid by credit card, the reimbursement of your payment depends upon the respective credit card, and the refund is made to the credit card account within 1-5 working days. Please understand that, for security reasons, we cannot make return transfers to other accounts or credit cards.

IS MY DATA SAFE ON THE INTERNET?
Your personal data is naturally entered at khujo.com via a secure encrypted connection. When your payment data is passed on to the respective service provider, an encrypted connection is likewise used.
HOW DO I LOG IN IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you are already registered with us and have forgotten your password, you can go to “I forgot my password” in the login area. You only need to let us know your e-mail address, so that we can send you an e-mail with a link that you can use to create a new password.
