Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Your bank or credit card institution may need additional time to credit the refund. You will be informed by e-mail once we have processed the returned item(s), and you will receive your refund via the original method of payment that you used.

Should five or more working days have passed since you received the notification and you have still not received a refund, then please contact us.
