SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge, and is handled by DHL. The delivery time is, according to experience, 2-4 working days from the time that you place your order. Should the postman or postwoman not be able to contact you personally, the parcel is either left with a neighbour or left at a Post Office that is near to where you live for you to pick up. You can then pick up the parcel within the next seven working days, before it is returned to us. Returns from Germany are free of charge. You will receive a return label from DHL with your shipment. Returns from abroad will be paid by the customer.
Differing shipping address
Have your order delivered to any address you wish within Germany. In order to conveniently have your order delivered to a business address or another recipient, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that is different from your billing address in the ordering process. The billing address and delivery address need to be in the delivery area of the online store.
You can also give a DHL Packstation of your choice as a delivery address. Please note the instructions for entering the address: https://www.dhl.de/de/paket/pakete-empfangen/packstation.html
Please understand that not all items can be delivered to a Packstation.
Shipping status
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With your shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online. You can use the link given in your e-mail for that purpose or go directly to:
DHL consignment tracking
Please note that the tracking number is activated around one working day after your consignment leaves our warehouse. Should the tracking number therefore not work immediately, please try again at a later date. Registered customers can also see the status of their order via their customer account, under “My orders”.
