Shipping Costs && Delivery Times
Standard shipping within the EU is free of charge. Delivery is handled by different shipping carriers depending on the destination country. For orders within Germany, you will normally receive your order within 2 to 3 business days. Internationally, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but are generally 3 to 5 business days.

Alternative shipping address
You can specify an alternative shipping address within the delivery area.This is possible during the checkout process. Both addresses (billing and shipping address) must be within the online shop's delivery area.
Shipping Status & Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking number. The order status can also be viewed in your user account under "My Orders".
Note: Tracking is usually activated approximately one business day after dispatch. If the tracking number does not work immediately, please try again later.
