A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provi&sions, whereby a consumer is any nat&ural person who concludes a legal trans&action for purposes that&predominantly c &an be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-&employed professional ac&tivity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any re &ason.

The withdrawal period r &uns for fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the car&rier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You can &use&the enclosed&model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification &of the exercise &of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to re &pay you all payments we have received from you, inclu&ding the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supp&lementary costs resulting from you having cho&sen a type of delivery other than the least ex&pensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue de&lay and at the la&test within fourteen days from the day on which the notification&about your revocation of this contract has been received by us. F &or this re&imbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the ori&ginal transaction, unless something else has been expr&essly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this re&imbursement.We m&ay refuse the ref&und until we have rece&ived the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have se&nt the goods back, whichever is the ear&lier.

You must send back or hand over the goods immediately &and in any case no later than&fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about&the cancellation of this contract &.&

Ret &urns&c&an exclusi&vely be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the cost of the ret &urn of the goods.

You m &ust only pay f&or any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is att&ributab&le to handling of them that is not necessary for ch&ecking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature exp &iry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply f &or consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not bel&ong to any member state of the Europ&ean Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are ou&tside the Europ&ean Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid dam &aging and soiling the goods.Please retu&rn the goods to us in the original packaging with a&ll accesso&ries and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a prot&ective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use a suitable packaging f&or sufficient protection against transport da&mage.
2) Please do not retu& rn the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite f& or the effective exer&cise of the right of withdrawal.
