Refund policy

A. Notice

of Right of WithdrawalIntroductionConsumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal You

have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not required.

You may also https://www.khujo.com fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website at /pages/widerruf-formular. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

: If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the

Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and shipping address, at the time the contract is concluded, are located outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during shipping.
2) Please do not return the merchandise to us with shipping charges due.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
