Delivery costs & delivery times
Standard delivery within the EU is free of charge. Delivery is handled by different courier services depending on the destination country. Normally, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 working days for orders within Germany. Internationally, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but are usually 3 to 5 working days.

Alternative delivery address
You can specify an alternative delivery address within the delivery area. This can be done during the ordering process. Both addresses (billing and delivery) must be within the online shop’s delivery area.
Dispatch status & tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number. You can also view the order status in your account under ‘My Orders’.
Note: Tracking is usually only available approximately one working day after dispatch. If the tracking number does not work straight away, please try again later.
